Ingredients
 150 Flour
 250 fine or extra-fine semolina
 ½ Salt
 2 Vanilla sugar
 5 Dry yeast
 650 lukewarm water
 14 Baking powder
Directions
1

In a blender or in a large bowl if you are using an immersion blender, add all the dry ingredients (except the baking powder) and mix.

2

Add water and blend for a minimum of 5 minutes. The batter should be smooth and bubbles should form on the surface of the mixture.

3

Add the baking powder and blend quickly.

4

Let the mixture rest for at least 5 minutes and heat a skillet (there is no need to grease the skillet).

5

Pour the mixture into the hot pan according to the desired size of the pancakes, then cook until the pancake is done. Do not flip the pancake; it is cooked when the holes that have formed are set and the bottom is golden brown.

6

Place them on a towel to prevent them from sticking together.

7

To finish, enjoy them warm (you can reheat them in the microwave). You can melt some butter on top when they are hot and then enjoy them with honey.
