A delicious recipe for old-fashioned milk jam that reminds us of our childhood sweets. It is quick and easy to make from condensed milk in a pot or Dutch oven.
Filling the jars Spread the contents of the container into the jars. Seal them by tightening completely.
Cooking Place the jars in a large pot and fill with water until 1 cm from the top of the jar; the water should not enter the jar of jam.
Simmer gently for 2 hours. The milk caramelizes and turns into caramelized milk.
Cooling Take the jars out of the hot water and turn them upside down as you would with any other jam, which will help preserve them for a while.
To finish, before opening it, wait for it to cool down.
