This salmon avocado melon poke bowl is presented with melon from our regions.
Cut the melon in half and scoop out balls.
Cut the avocado into thin slices as well as the slices of smoked salmon.
Cook the quinoa for 10 minutes.
Cut the feta evenly.
To finish, place all these ingredients in a deep plate or bowl and drizzle with a vinaigrette made of olive oil, lemon juice, and sherry vinegar, along with the cherry tomatoes.
