Recipe for Mackerel Rillettes with Green Tapenade
Try this recipe for spreadable meat, perfect for spreading on country bread for an appetizer. A recipe suggested by Jean Martin.

Flake the mackerel with a fork and mix with the cream cheese.

Mix with the green tapenade. Spread on the slices of country bread that have been oiled and toasted on the grill.

To finish Tip: Simply mash 6 fillets of sardines with the tapenade and lemon juice to spread on toast.
