In two containers: mix the milk and flour in one; in the other, the eggs and melted butter. Then combine the contents of both containers. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Heat a skillet and grease it with a paper towel lightly soaked in oil. Pour a little batter into the skillet and spread it to form a pancake about 26 cm in diameter. Cook on both sides until golden brown.

To finish, spread all the crepes with chocolate hazelnut spread and fold them into a fan shape. Coarsely crush the hazelnuts, place the crepes on individual plates, and decorate with the crushed hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
