Enjoy our easy recipe for a delicious tuna tart, inspired by grandmother's recipes. Prepared with a shortcrust pastry, this version of quiche can be made with or without tomatoes. A tasty recipe perfect for any occasion.
Preparation of the tart Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the mustard on the puff pastry, then add the flaked tuna, chopped olives, and sliced tomato.
Preparation of the tart mixture: Mix the cream, eggs, thyme, salt, and pepper, along with 50 g of grated cheese.
Assembly and baking: Pour the mixture over the pie, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the oven.
To finish, enjoy hot or cold according to your taste.
