Originating from Italy, polenta is a staple of Southern cuisine. Easy to prepare as fries or slices, this specialty made from cornmeal will brighten up all your savory or sweet recipes.
Cut the panisse into thin slices using a mandoline. In a bowl, mix the soy drink and maple syrup.
Place the round slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the crackers with the soy/maple drink mixture using a brush.
Generously sprinkle with seeds, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a hot oven at 180°C, until the crackers are golden. Serve with fresh goat cheese and onion confit, for example.
