A modified recipe for spring rolls.
To make the squares, cook the vermicelli for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Immediately cool under cold water, then drain and set aside.
Clean all the vegetables, then slice them finely. Peel the onion and chop it.
Soak a rice paper in warm water, then place it on a board. Place all the ingredients in the center of the sheet and fold to create squares. Repeat the process eight times. Turn the squares over to hide the folds.
To finish, for the preparation of the sauce, mix all the ingredients. Tip: you can add sunflower seeds!
