Dive back into childhood with my rice pudding recipe made using a multicooker. Delicious and flavorful, this recipe will be an ideal dessert that delights the taste buds of both kids and adults.
Place the rice, milk, rum, sugar, and vanilla sugar in the Cookeo bowl. Split the vanilla pod and remove the seeds, then add them to the bowl.
Mix everything well and set the pressure cooking mode for 12 minutes.
Once the cooking is finished, transfer to a bowl, mix everything well, and let it cool for about twenty minutes.
Finally, distribute into ramekins and place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
