 160 Natural Tuna
 150 Saint Môret
 1 Fresh tarragon
 1 dash Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
 2 Shallot

Drain the tuna. Mash it and mix it with the cream cheese. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Finely chop the shallots and a good handful of tarragon leaves. Add them to the mixture, season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for a good 2 hours, covered with plastic wrap. Serve on small blinis or small slices of toasted country bread.

    tuna rillettes very good for appetizers My suggestion: I don't use country bread but small savory biscuits and everyone loves them.

    Economical My suggestion: I added a zest of lemon, some sour cream, and parsley instead of the cheese and tarragon with a hint of mustard!

    Excellent! I used chives instead of tarragon since I didn't have any on hand. Simply delicious!
