 3 Ripe avocado
 2 Tomato
 1 Sweet onion
 1 Green pepper
 1 Yellow lemon
 Salt

Preparation of the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Then chop them into small dice. Also, finely chop the onion and the chili.

Preparation of the avocado puree. Mash the flesh of the avocados with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt.

Mix. Combine with the other ingredients. Serve.

    I blended the tomato, lemon, onion, and chili for a good consistency, which I added to the mashed avocados. As a side dish to chili, it was excellent.

    Very good idea Hello, this is the third time I’ve made this recipe. I added lime and increased to 3 small green chilies the third time. With tortillas, there’s nothing left in the dish! It’s fresh, it’s good, and it’s easy. My suggestion: I would try adding bell peppers in a future version as it was suggested in a comment. I chop 1 onion + 1 shallot + 1/2 lime in the chopper. However, I mash the avocado by hand and add the other half of the lime.

    Very good Very good recipe. My suggestion: I always add fresh cilantro; it gives a very good flavor. Above all, do not mash the avocado and tomato too finely.

    Back from Mexico I just returned from Mexico: this recipe isn’t bad but... My suggestion: There, never any yellow lemon, a hint of green chili (extra extra hot!) and tacos mixed in with everything, everyone serves themselves.

    Cilantro My suggestion: I love to add chopped cilantro. And I have a little secret: I leave the pit in the mixture. Why? Well, strangely, the avocado won’t brown. When I serve it, all the guests will ask the question. It's nice because I share my secret.
