Asparagus quiche, a great way to prepare fresh asparagus that everyone enjoys...
Pre-bake the tart crust in a mold for about 10 minutes at 180°C. Leave the oven on.
Peel and rinse the asparagus. Cook them for 10 to 15 minutes in boiling water or steamed. Drain on paper towels.
Mix eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
Brush the tart crust with mustard and arrange the cut asparagus and grated cheese on it.
Pour the egg-cream mixture over the asparagus and place the slices of smoked bacon on top.
To finish, bake the quiche for about 30 minutes at thermostat 6, it should be nicely golden brown.
