 4 Floraline
 2 Vegetable broth
 4 Smoked salmon
 1 pinch Rosemary
 1 Olive oil
 Salt and pepper

Bring the milk to a boil, season with salt and pepper, and add the broth cubes.

Add the tablespoons of the mixture and let cook on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Once it becomes creamy, add the olive oil.

Pour into small ramekins and let cool.

Unmold and heat in the microwave before serving.

To finish, sprinkle with rosemary or other herbs (e.g., curry, paprika...)
