A recipe for flan made with a specific ingredient and its salmon carpaccio. A varied and complete meal for salmon lovers. Nothing could be simpler to prepare for a meal that is a change from the ordinary.
Bring the milk to a boil, season with salt and pepper, and add the broth cubes.
Add the tablespoons of the mixture and let cook on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Once it becomes creamy, add the olive oil.
Pour into small ramekins and let cool.
Unmold and heat in the microwave before serving.
To finish, sprinkle with rosemary or other herbs (e.g., curry, paprika...)
