For a sandwich that is different from ham and butter, try this recipe for an asparagus roll with crab and trout roe. I promise you will enjoy it.

Ingredients
 4 Sand Asparagus IGP
 Semi-salted butter
 Mayonnaise
 50 Crab meat
 1 Trout roe
 Dill
 Lemon

Peel and trim the ends of the asparagus. Cook them in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.

Cut a generous piece of bread. Melt a knob of butter in a pan and brown both sides of the bread.

Mix the crab meat with mayonnaise and add a squeeze of lemon along with chopped dill.

To finish, make an incision in the filling to stuff it. Line the inside with crab mayonnaise. Insert the asparagus. Top off with a spoonful of trout roe and a few sprigs of dill.
