With the arrival of sunny days, lightness and freshness make a grand return to our plates. For healthy and tasty moments, here's a recipe featuring spring flavors of a tuna and cucumber sandwich.
Spread each slice of bread on one side.
Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese.
Rinse the cucumber and take a quarter to cut into strips using a vegetable peeler.
Top each sandwich with strips of cucumber.
Pour the contents of the can of tuna into a strainer and drain well.
Place the tuna in a bowl and flake it with a fork.
To finish, distribute the tuna on the two sandwiches, season with a bit of freshly ground black pepper, and top with a few sprigs of fresh dill.
