A recipe for patties proposed and photographed to highlight a brand new product, Okara Soy.
Peel and finely slice the onion and garlic.
Peel and grate the carrot. Cut the leek into thin slices.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, then knead by hand until you have a smooth ball. Form patties.
To finish, in an oiled pan, sauté them for 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
