 200 Flour
 3 Egg
 100 Pitted black olive
 200 Feta cheese
 100 Grated Emmental cheese
 1 Tomato
 10 Milk
 1 Provençal herbs
 1 Baking powder
 4 Olive oil
 Pepper
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, dried herbs, and a pinch of pepper.

Add the eggs one by one, then the warm milk and oil. Next, fold in the cheese and mix.

Slice the olives, and dice the feta and tomato. Gently fold the olives and tomato into the dough, then add the feta.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.

To finish, bake for about 45 minutes at 180°C.

    Variation After enjoying it as is, I tried another version by replacing feta, olives, and tomato with 50g of blue cheese and 70g of walnuts, yum! The result was nice and not too strong, but we can surely add more blue cheese if we want!

    Olive and feta cake Really delicious and light. Very easy to make. My suggestion: I prefer it cold and I use green olives stuffed with peppers, sliced instead of black olives.

    Great! Really very good, the dough is light and the tomatoes enhance that lightness. My suggestion: Perhaps using half black olives and half green olives would be interesting. We'll see.

    Delicious The cake is very good, but I should have buttered the mold or used oil, as it stuck to the bottom. What can I do to avoid this? Aside from that, it is tender and delicious, nothing to say.
