Burger
 400 Ground meat
 1 Shallot
 200 Munster
 4 Sugarloaf hearts
 Salt
 Pepper
 2 Caraway seeds (optional)
Sauce
 300 Cream cheese
 1 Shallot
 3 Mustard
 1 Chives
Directions
1

Prepare the sauce: peel and chop the shallot, finely chop the chives, mix with the yogurt, mustard, season with salt and pepper, and set aside in the refrigerator.

2

For the steaks: peel and chop the shallot, mix with the ground meat, half of the sauerkraut, salt, and pepper. Form 4 steaks of the same thickness. Place 2 slices of bacon side by side and cross with two other slices. Place a steak in the center and fold the bacon over it. Repeat for all the steaks.

3

Cook the steaks in a hot pan for 5 minutes on each side (depending on the desired doneness). Place on an oven-safe dish, distribute thick slices of cheese over the steaks, and let melt under the oven broiler for a few minutes.

4

Meanwhile, grill the buns cut in half in the pan, spread with sauce. Place the steaks, add the remaining sauerkraut, sprinkle with caraway seeds, and serve.

5

To finish Tip: cut 3 heads of lettuce into wedges, season with the remaining dressing, and serve with the burgers.
