A vegetarian quiche to cook zucchini in an ultra-delicious way. You can also add tuna or bacon if you eat meat, or tomatoes, goat cheese, and feta for a unique quiche. In short, a delightful original dish that can be varied endlessly!
Pre-cooking the crust Preheat your oven to 190°C. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and bake the crust for 10 minutes, having previously made small holes in it with a fork.
Preparation of the filling: Peel and coarsely chop the onion, in a pan, melt the onions in olive oil with the herbs. Season with salt and pepper, then cut the zucchini into cubes. Add the zucchini to the onions and let cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Preparation of the mixture In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream, pressed garlic, grated cheese, and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.
Baking Pour this preparation over the pie crust, add a few knobs of butter, and bake for 20 minutes.
