Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grate the zucchini. Keep 6 slices for decoration.
Mix all the other ingredients in a food processor, except for the cheddar.
Pour the mixture into a mold. Cover with cheddar and top with slices of zucchini.
To finish, bake for 40 minutes. Check the cooking and refrigerate before unmolding. Enjoy cold with a nice mixed salad.
