Zucchini Bites Excellent and not greasy at all!!! I added a potato, a tablespoon of flour, and a drizzle of oil. For cooking, you should allow about 20 minutes, but this likely depends on the size you make them. My suggestion: Add grated raw potato.

easy and pleasant for an aperitif the shape may not be necessarily aesthetic, and depending on the zucchinis, you may need one more egg, but they were popular for a dinner aperitif, a bit of vegetable is appreciated. My suggestion: an extra egg if the mixture seems imperfect and some cumin.

Good recipe Very good idea for cooking zucchini differently. My suggestion: Cook longer (about 15 minutes). I added two medium potatoes and a bit of flour to soak it all up.

Very good The whole family enjoyed it; you can taste the zucchini, but the shape and texture are different from the usual. Quick and simple to make. My suggestion: Next time, I will try it with a bit of carrot added.

very easy to make, in fact it was my 9-year-old daughter who made it while I supervised. I must not have added enough breadcrumbs because the filling is soft. I liked the taste of zucchini mixed with egg. I was a little worried that it would turn into an omelet. So well done!!!!! My suggestion: I didn't flip them, but it makes patties.
