A tart in which curry enhances the zucchini and where bacon and onions each bring their own flavors... A delight!
Wash and grate the zucchini using a medium-hole grater (if the zucchini are a bit large, remove the seeds). Let drain for two to three hours.
After this time, sauté them in a pan with the oil. Add salt and let cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Butter a tart pan and line it with the pastry (or use a sheet of parchment paper). Prick the bottom of the pastry with a knife.
Peel and slice the onion. Sauté the onion with the smoked bacon in a dry skillet. Mix the two preparations.
Whisk the eggs with the liquid cream, add pepper, and mix in the curry. Mix well.
Pour the vegetable mixture into the mold over the dough. Add the egg/cream/curry mixture.
To finish, bake and let cook for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
