Grate the zucchini and sweet potato using a food processor. Put everything in a mixing bowl. Beat the egg, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the egg to the vegetables and mix. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes.
