 4 Zucchini
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Egg
 Grated cheese

Grate the zucchini and sweet potato using a food processor. Put everything in a mixing bowl. Beat the egg, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the egg to the vegetables and mix. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes.

    Gratin Longer cooking with two eggs and a bit of milk ... not liquid. Sweet taste a bit too pronounced but otherwise perfect with a steak. I also made sweet potato chips in oil. with paprika My suggestion: .

    Excellent Very simple and very good! My suggestion: I added fresh goat cheese and thyme, it was divine!

    Quite disappointed It's a shame, I found the gratin rather bland and the zucchini released too much water; otherwise, it was a good idea after all.
