This clafoutis is perfect for enjoying with family. A simple and quick dish, ideal for both kids and adults, and great for evenings when there isn’t much time to cook, featuring the perfect combination of zucchini and feta.

Ingredients
 250 zucchini
 200 feta
 3 Eggs
 50 semi-skimmed milk
 2 sesame seeds
 150 flour
 Pink berries
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Shallot
 1 olive oil
 Espelette pepper

Drain the feta, and cut it into large cubes. Wash the zucchini, and cut them into large dice. Peel the shallot, and finely slice it. Crack the eggs and beat them.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a pan, heat the olive oil. Add the minced shallot, diced zucchini, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the clafoutis mixture: mix flour, beaten eggs, and milk. Add pepper, pink berries, sesame seeds, and chili powder (according to your taste for the amount). Mix. Add the zucchini and shallot mixture and half of the feta.

In a dish or individual ramekins, pour in the mixture. Add the remaining feta on top. Bake for 25/30 minutes (adjust according to the size of your dish).

To finish, serve on a plate or alongside a salad. It is a delight with a good taste of feta, and the zucchinis are nicely enhanced with chili and pink peppercorns.

    Excellent recipe. I will keep it. However, I used 500g of zucchini, which is perfect for 6 people and not for 2 people as mentioned in the recipe.
