Preheat your oven to 220°C in conventional mode.
Roll out the dough on your baking sheet, keeping the parchment paper underneath. Spread the mascarpone over the dough, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Add half of the strawberries, halved or quartered.
Bake in the lower part of your oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool.
To finish, add the remaining fresh strawberries and the basil leaves.
