Hello everyone! Here are some delicious cookies to enjoy... The combination of white chocolate and cranberries is always a delightful one!
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with brown sugar. Add the egg and the spice mix and stir. Add the flour and almond powder and mix.
Add the chopped chocolate, goji berries, cranberries, and mix.
Shape into balls of about 30g and place them on parchment paper, flattening them slightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 19 minutes.
Let cool on a rack.
