Easily and quickly make this delicious recipe for whipped ganache made with milk chocolate, perfect for filling your macarons, cream puffs, and cupcakes!
In a saucepan, heat the cream and bring it to a boil.
Break the chocolate into a large bowl. Then pour half of the cream over the chocolate and mix well with a spatula. Gradually pour in the rest and continue mixing until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Add the melted butter. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 5 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour.
To finish, once the ganache is completely cooled, beat with an electric mixer until a texture similar to thick whipped cream is obtained.
