Vegan chocolate brownies, light, flavored, and chocolatey to the max! This is an entirely plant-based recipe, without butter, eggs, or milk! It's a recipe I found online and "improved" in my own way to suit my taste!

Yields8 Servings
Prep Time10 minsCook Time45 minsTotal Time55 mins
Ingredients
 150 baking chocolate
 125 hazelnuts
 75 flour
 100 Brown sugar
 1 Baking powder
 1 silken tofu (400g)
 30 rapeseed oil (2 tablespoons)
 vanilla extract
Directions
1

Use a blender to grind the hazelnuts and set aside (you can grind them more or less depending on the age of the people who will eat your cake, lol) and set your hazelnuts aside.

2

Melt the chocolate.

3

In the same blender, add all the other ingredients: tofu, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, melted chocolate, flour, and baking powder. Blend until you have a nice smooth mixture.

4

Remove the blade and gently add the hazelnuts by hand to create a well-mixed dough.

5

Place in a square mold, preferably lined with parchment paper.

6

Finally, place in the oven for about 45 minutes. When the preparation is out of the oven and cooled, turn the cake onto a wooden board and cut into squares to serve in whichever way you prefer. Enjoy!

A delight!! Super creamy, to make and remake without hesitation. A very good way to discover silken tofu. The only change I made was using 200g of chocolate (there's never too much! ????).
