Peel the pear and cut it into very small cubes.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl along with the pieces of pears (gently so as not to break them).

Pour the mixture into previously greased muffin molds. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Muffins can be enjoyed warm or cold and can be stored for 2 days in a cool box.

You can vary the flavors by adding crushed nuts on top before baking for a bit of crunch.
