Ingredients
 300 Plain soy yogurt
 125 Sugar
 1 Apple cider vinegar
 1 Vanilla
 250 Wheat flour
 1 pinch Salt
 50 Hazelnut
 125 Sunflower oil
 100 Vanilla soy milk
 1 Organic Pear

Mix the yogurt, sugar, vinegar, and vanilla.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and hazelnut powder.

Pour the contents of the second bowl into the first. Mix, add the oil and mix again. Add the milk and mix.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Cut the pears into thick slices and arrange them on top of the batter, gently pressing them in.

To finish, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection) for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool completely before tasting.
