Discover this vegan and gluten-free chocolate tart recipe. A vegan tart, gluten-free, soy-free, with low sugar and no baking required. A delight!
For the tart: Melt the chocolate and praline in a double boiler. Once melted, add the corn flakes and coat them well. Grease your ring, then place it on a sheet of parchment paper. Pour the mixture into your tart ring and spread it using a large spoon (don't forget to make edges). Set aside in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
For the ganache: Heat your hazelnut cream, then pour it over the chocolate. Wait 1 minute before mixing, allowing the chocolate to melt, then mix until you achieve a ganache.
Pour the ganache over your tart and then refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
