A divinely creamy vanilla ice cream that will delight the taste buds of the whole family.

 3 Egg yolk
 350 Milk
 20 Heavy cream
 1 clove Vanilla
 70 Sugar
 1 Cornstarch

Gently heat the milk with the split vanilla bean without bringing it to a boil. Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks with the sugar.

Remove the vanilla pod, taking care to scrape the inside with the tip of a knife beforehand to collect the seeds and incorporate them into the milk.

Then add the milk to the eggs, continue to beat gently, then return the mixture to the heat with the cornstarch dissolved in a little water.

Mix everything well and wait a few minutes for the mixture to thicken.

Finally, wait for the mixture to cool, then store it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Next, add the cream, mix again, and churn in an ice cream maker.

    vanilla ice cream very good My suggestion: I added a teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract for even more flavor and whipped the cream to add creaminess.

    Delicious... I am not a big fan of vanilla ice cream, yet I loved it... a scoop on an apple fresh out of the oven, a treat... Thank you for this recipe. My suggestion: Since I don't like desserts that are too sweet, I used 50g instead of 70g of sugar, and the cream was 4% fat, which didn't make it any less good. Remember to take it out 10 minutes before serving ;-).
