For the panna cotta
 50 30% liquid cream
 50 Sugar
 3 Gelatin
 1 clove Vanilla
For the coffee glaze.

Panna cotta Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water to rehydrate. Split the vanilla pod and scrape the seeds. Heat the cream with the sugar, the pod, and the seeds. Once it starts to boil, add the squeezed gelatin, mix well, and let it cool while allowing the vanilla pod to infuse. Remove the pod and pour into the jars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then prepare the coffee mirror.

To finish the coffee mirror, hydrate the gelatin sheet. Prepare 2 small coffee cups. Incorporate the squeezed gelatin. Let it cool and distribute it in the jars. Refrigerate for several hours.
