Today I propose a dish with Asian flavors, made with pork cutlets, mushrooms, and udon noodles. A complete dish, easy to make, tasty, and very fragrant.

General
 1 Sunflower oil
 1 Onion
 4 cloves Garlic
 450 pork cutlet
 150 button mushrooms
 5 green onion stalks
 12 Sesame
 30 peanuts (optional)
Sauce
 1 Sriracha sauce
 1 Honey
 1 oyster sauce
 1 Sesame oil
 80 Soy sauce
 1 pinch chili flakes
 ½ crushed pepper

Prepare all the ingredients. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the pork cutlets into thin slices. Slice the mushrooms and green onion stalks. Coarsely chop the peanuts.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

Heat sunflower oil in a wok or large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, meat, and mushrooms, and cook until the meat is well cooked and starts to brown, and the cooking liquid has evaporated (about 15 minutes). Stir occasionally.

Add the noodles and the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring, to coat them well.

Finally, remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, and peanuts. Serve immediately.
