Peel and slice the bananas into rounds.
Sauté in a saucepan with 30 g of water and 30 g of lime juice. Cover and cook over low heat.
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
Wash the apple and grate it. Add the remaining lemon juice.
Mix the oats, the remaining water, coconut milk, grated apple and its lemon juice, maple syrup, turmeric, banana puree, and crushed hazelnuts.
Refrigerate overnight.
To finish, arrange in deep plates and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled.
