A very simple and quick recipe for a light meal.
Quick shortcrust pastry preparation: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder, oil, and hot water. Gather everything by hand to form a ball. Roll it out thinly on a floured surface. Grease a pie dish and place the shortcrust pastry in it. Trim the excess pastry that hangs over the edges. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Crumble a can of natural tuna over the tart base. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the liquid cream, then season with salt and pepper. Cover the tuna with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
To finish, place the quiche in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
