If you're looking for a delicious and easy-to-make dish, this tuna and tomato tart is the perfect solution. It's a fresh, seasonal, colorful, and delicately melting tart. Very easy to prepare, it can be quickly enjoyed and serves four people! By combining simple ingredients like tuna, tomatoes, and cheese, it offers a symphony of Mediterranean flavors that will awaken your taste buds. Perfect for a light dinner with family or friends, this recipe requires little preparation.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 7). Place the dough in the tart pan. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork (to aerate the dough during baking) and slightly roll up the edges of the dough to prevent it from burning during baking.
Brush the bottom of the pie crust with mustard, be generous and spread it well, evenly.
Sprinkle cheese, a first layer, over the mustard. Then cut the bell pepper into very small cubes. Also chop the tomatoes. Crumble the tuna as well. Arrange the tomatoes and the bell pepper, completely covering the dish. Then add the tuna, distributing it evenly all over, simply with your fingertips. (If you have basil, add it with the tomatoes).
Add cheese, completely cover the pie. And a few pinches of herbs on top for flavor.
To finish, bake for 30 minutes, monitoring the cooking. At the end of the cooking, the tart should be golden brown!
