Quiche Very, very good, but I had to extend the cooking time by 15 minutes. Thank you for this recipe. My suggestion: Extend the cooking time by 15 minutes.

What I love about cooking is that you are allowed to do what you want. If you add cheese, it's not traditional, but that’s fine because I'm not traditional. For my part, I add some cooked ham and chopped spinach in small pieces. A recipe is not meant to be immutable. My suggestion: making your own pastry is better and fresher.

What a pleasure! Very easy. I recommend this quiche for casual meals. My suggestion: I didn't sauté the bacon in a pan but placed them in a bowl of water in the microwave for 2 minutes to precook them, then I drained them and arranged them on the pastry. My quiche was less salty and much less greasy. I recommend this technique for those who are mindful of their diet.

Super good I made it very successfully the first time. Since I live in Brazil, I adapted the ingredients but it was very good. My suggestion: I added a little milk.

Delicious Really easy to make. The cooking time is perfect. My suggestion: Add more bacon and maybe a little onion.
