Discover the traditional recipe for Moroccan harira with beef. This soup can be made with or without meat and is prepared with vermicelli. It is quick to prepare and perfect for breaking the fast at iftar during Ramadan or simply to warm up in winter.
Preparation of the ingredients: Chop the onion, celery, cilantro, and parsley.
Cooking Sauté the meat with the onion and olive oil in a pot. Add the crushed tomatoes, chickpeas, lentils, celery, coriander, parsley, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
Serve by adding the noodles. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with chopped coriander and a drizzle of lemon juice.
