 2 Onion
 200 Cooked chickpeas
 100 Lentil
 1 Coriander
 1 Parsley
 1 Celery
 450 Crushed tomatoes
 1 Ginger
 1 Cinnamon
 1 Saffron
 1 Ras el-hanout
 1 Lemon
 1 dash Olive oil
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation of the ingredients: Chop the onion, celery, cilantro, and parsley.

Cooking Sauté the meat with the onion and olive oil in a pot. Add the crushed tomatoes, chickpeas, lentils, celery, coriander, parsley, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.

Serve by adding the noodles. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with chopped coriander and a drizzle of lemon juice.
