Very good recipe with homemade dough and freshly picked plums from the garden! This is not the first and it won't be the last! Delicious!

Excellent recipe! I didn't add any fruit brandy, and I choose my shortcrust pastry made with organic whole wheat flour. I've made it twice, and the third time will be soon, my husband and my teenagers love it!!!

The mirabelle tart is simple, nothing else needed! What a shame to destroy the subtle taste of the fruit! I speak on behalf of the locals; I gave you the maximum stars because I don't want to penalize you. But let's respect our beloved fruit.

Delicious, Instead of using the fruit brandy, I used a pineapple rum punch with papaya and lotus flavor. It's wonderful!!!!!!!

Great Very good base. I added vanilla flavoring and a bit of almond powder. Tart made with other fruits, plums, nectarines, pears.
