Very simple to make.
Sift the flour, form a well in the center, add the salt, the egg yolk, and the softened but not melted butter. Mix while adding cold water.
Once the mixture is prepared, shape it into a ball immediately, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough three times to make it smooth, line the greased and floured dish with it, and prick the bottom.
Arrange the apple wedges, sprinkle lightly with sugar. Place in the oven at 200°C.
To finish, as soon as the apples are tender (approximately 30 minutes), pour in the custard and return to the oven. Serve warm.
