 2 Worcestershire sauce
 2 sesame oil
 2 vegetable oil
 2 Sliced fresh ginger
 2 cloves minced garlic
 ½ onion powder
 ½ garlic powder
 ½ salt
Teriyaki Beef
1 boneless beef (sirloin, ribeye or flank)
 1 cornstarch
 2 vegetable oil
1 finely sliced sweet red pepper
1 carrot cut into thin slices

4 Green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
 ½ Toasted sesame seeds
Directions
1

Teriyaki Marinade: Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

2

Teriyaki Beef: Fill the FoodSaver® containers with the marinade and the beef; set the valve to the marinade setting, plug in the manual sealer, and press the Marinate button. Let the sealer run a cycle for 12 minutes to soak the beef in the marinade. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade; set it aside.

Heat the oil in a large wok or pot over high heat. Cook the beef, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until it begins to brown. Add the red bell pepper, carrot slices, snap peas, and green onions. Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and crisp.

5

Incorporate the reserved marinade mixture; bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute or until the mixture thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6

If you sauté or grill food, this versatile marinade is perfect for chicken, pork, beef, seafood, and vegetables.

7

To finish, serve with rice or noodles.
