Very good, but 4 onions, if they are big, is too much. 2 are enough. For the bacon, I used matchsticks and a little more. I would use a little less cream next time. I think 150g of cream and yogurt is sufficient.

Super good but I adjusted the quantities: 150g of cream and 150g of fresh cheese, for 2 pizza bases. Only 2 onions and almost double the bacon.

Very good Delicious, although it resembles a store-bought version a lot.. My suggestion: Use a flammkuchen dough instead of pizza dough; it will be thinner!

Small adjustment A flammekueche is not a pizza... My suggestion: Make flammekueche dough! Flour, water, salt, leaven...

Sweet My suggestion: You can also make it sweet. Mix a little sugar into thick cream. Spread it over the dough, and place some blueberries or sliced apples on it. Bake and flambé with orange liqueur. A delight!
