Sweet zucchini cake
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7). Wash the zucchinis. Cut them into cubes and cook them in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain them.
Mash the zucchini with a fork. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Allow it to cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Gradually add the flour to avoid clumps forming. Once the mixture is well combined, add the melted and cooled butter, and finally the milk. Mix everything together and incorporate a pinch of salt.
To finish, cook for 1 hour and serve warm.
