Ingredients
 1 avocado
 1 egg
 2 cups olive oil

Poach the egg in lightly vinegar-flavored water by placing it in plastic wrap and tying it securely. Let the egg cook for 3 minutes, then gently remove it from the wrap. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel it. Slightly hollow out the two halves of the avocado to place the poached egg inside.

Wrap the avocado in thin slices of bacon. Pour olive oil into the pan and cook the wrapped avocado until the bacon is nicely colored. Serve immediately with a beautiful salad.

To finish: One could replace the poached egg with a soft-boiled egg, as it would be easier. To wrap the avocado, you can align 3 slices of bacon, roll the avocado placed on top, and align the other 2 slices to roll the avocado in the opposite direction. Preferably choose the smallest egg since the pit of the avocado is not very big, so there isn't much room for a large egg!
