When you don't have time to make pancakes or don't have the right pan, you can always make the Flat Cake! It’s a big pancake the size of a large flatbread made with 100% healthy ingredients. Moreover, it is filled with fruit, making it a balanced meal.

Ingredients
 60 Oat flakes
 20 Flour
 1 Egg
 50 Banana (or applesauce)
 2 Baking powder
 100 Milk
Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the fruits.

Mash the banana and add it to the mixture.

Pour half of the mixture into a pan with a little cooking spray. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Add the raspberries and then cover with the remaining mixture. Let it cook for 5 minutes over medium heat with a lid.

Once the pancake releases from the pan, slide it onto a plate and then place the pan back on top. Flip the plate onto the pan and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

To finish, remove the pancake from the pan, fill it as desired, and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
