Ingredients
 1 Yellow or red bell pepper
 1 Red onion
 ¼ Munster cheese
 10 Liquid cream
 salt pepper
 Olive oil

Wash and deseed the bell pepper. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the cheese into cubes.

To finish, sauté the onion in olive oil, place it at the bottom of the bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, add the cheese cubes, pour in the cream, and cover the mixture with the top of the bell pepper. Bake in the oven for 28 minutes at 180 °C.
