Ingredients
 70 Flour
 70 Sugar
 70 Almond powder
 70 Butter
 150 Almond powder
 50 Sugar
 1 Cinnamon
 50 Melted butter
 800 Pitted plums
Directions
1

The streusel: In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Add the almond powder and mix again. Add the butter cut into pieces and start mixing with your fingertips to incorporate it into the dry ingredients. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill it along with the dough.

2

Almond cream with cinnamon: In a bowl, mix the almond flour with the sugar and cinnamon. Add the eggs and stir with a spatula to incorporate. Add the melted and cooled butter and mix again until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

3

Wash and dry the plums. Cut them in half and remove the pits. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take the dough out of the fridge. Roll out the dough and line a tart pan of about 30 cm. Pour the almond cream onto the base and spread it evenly. Arrange the plum halves on top, tightly packing them together. Then sprinkle the surface of the tart with streusel.

4

To finish, bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let it cool completely, and dust with powdered sugar or not before serving.
