This stir-fried rice recipe with vegetables and cashews is suggested.

Preparation
 200 Whole Thai rice
 2 Carrot
 1 Red bell pepper
 100 Green bean
 100 Peas
 150 Natural cashew nuts
 1 Olive oil
 Coriander
Sauce
 2 Salted soy sauce
 1 Rice vinegar
 3 Sesame oil
 1 Agave syrup (or honey)

Sauté the cashews over medium heat until they achieve a nice golden color. Mix the sauce ingredients.

Cook the rice in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package. Dice the bell pepper and carrots into small cubes and coarsely chop the green beans (previously thawed if they are not fresh). Five minutes before the rice is done cooking, add the peas, bell pepper, carrots, and green beans to the pot for al dente cooking. Drain.

In a pan with a little olive oil, sauté the rice and vegetable mix along with roasted cashews. When everything starts to brown nicely, pour in the sauce and mix well.

To finish, serve with roughly chopped cilantro. You can enjoy.
