Discover the recipe for a soft strawberry cake. A fruit very much loved at home, strawberries are the favorites of both young and old sweet tooths. This cake recipe is easy to make, soft, and not very sweet, perfect for enjoying!
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F), static heat. Grease and flour a mold with a diameter of 18 to 20 cm.
Preparation of the dough In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugars and salt for 2-3 minutes. Add the melted and cooled butter and mix a little more to incorporate it.
Add the flour, almond powder, and baking powder, and mix slightly at low speed until a smooth dough is obtained.
Preparation of strawberries Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half.
Baking Pour the batter into the mold and smooth the surface. Place the strawberries on top, cut side up, and gently press them into the batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly, then unmold onto a serving platter. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
